This "Gift" is authentic, Premium Elisen Lebkuchen (Gingerbread) baked from hundred year old recipes using absolutely premium ingredients.   Whether at Advent, Christmas or any winter holiday treat, many European Canadians have experienced traditional Gingerbread along with other baked specialties such as Dominoes, Spicy Speculatius cookies, and Christstollen (Christmas cake).
